As I said, great app but these tiny issues affect how fast we are able to go through client backups everyday and does become a bit of a pain hence the 4/5 review. It seems to be bugged that if less than 3 profiles in the group profile fail it won't give a failure report and then we have to manually go in everytime and check if any profile failed. If that were the only issue it would be fine because yes it's more work but it would only be once off, my issue is with the reports. When syncback copies over 3 million files it seems to just crash and abort the copy which means we had to make a group copy profile with over 300 tinier profiles to copy each individual folder within the archive. So I have to give praise to the app as a whole, however the reason I give it 4/5 stars is because of an issue we have when it comes to our bigger clients (architects mainly). The setting of schedules and getting reports of failed copies helps a lot when managing the backups of over 6 clients everyday during other IT related work. Iv used both syncback free and syncback pro at different clients and it's an amazing app.
